GoodWe has again received the “All Quality Matters” award in recognition of the outstanding quality of its EH storage inverter and its MT C&I inverter.
GoodWe, leading manufacturer of solar inverters and energy storage solutions for private and commercial applications, has announced that it has again received the “All Quality Matters” award from TÜV Rheinland for the outstanding quality of its EH storage inverter and MT C&I inverter.
This is the fifth year in a row that GoodWe has received this prestigious award. This shows how consistent the company has been in delivering high quality products. The award ceremony took place on June 30, 2020 in Suzhou City and was attended by the company’s founder Huang Min.
The evaluation process that preceded the decision for this award was very extensive. For this edition, Rhineland started testing a year in advance and didn’t finalize its final report until June 2020. The All Quality Matters Award from TÜV Rheinland is known for its objectivity and impartiality. It is an important point of reference on a global level and it is always an honor to be the recipient of this influential award.
In 2019, GoodWe was named the World’s Leading Storage Inverter Supplier by Wood Mackenzie, and there has indeed been much speculation as to which storage product would win the glamorous TUV award this year. It was later confirmed that the EH series received the highest score for its versatility, safety and efficiency, as well as overall ease of installation. The EH from GoodWe is a high-quality storage inverter with battery-ready function. As part of this evaluation, it was tested on the basis of competitors in the five categories of efficiency, output and input capability, power quality and thermal stability.
In addition to the strong performance, this series offers customers the option of upgrading to a complete energy storage solution by simply purchasing an activation code. In addition, the fact that it takes less than 10 seconds to switch from grid to PV helps users avoid costly inlets from the grid. It has an automatic UPS function and one of its most notable features is that it can provide power to large loads even in backup mode.
In the C&I segment, the company has expanded its portfolio to include products with up to 136 kW and up to 10 MPPT. At this year’s award, the MT series (50-80 kW) with a high degree of efficiency, an oversizing of the DC input of 50 percent and an overload of the AC output of 15 percent was at the top of the list. The MT inverter is supplied with four MPPTs and can be operated at 50 degrees Celsius. It offers optional PLC communication.
Huang Min mentioned that despite the challenges, GoodWe has been delivering high quality inverters year after year, ranging from residential to storage, C&I to utilities. Consistency and versatility were GoodWe’s main assets and key contributions to the ongoing energy transition.
