Raptor Solar creates robust digital twins or digital maps of solar systems. The subscription software platform now includes unlimited inspection reports that are input independent – drones, planes, satellites or sensors. The platform can even digitize, standardize, and store third-party reports.

This allows customers to compare PV module inspection results and deterioration over time for a bird’s eye view of solar systems. Users can visualize long-term deterioration, view recurring problems and anomalies in trending, and track problem resolution. The software enables customers to quantify financial and production losses and even compare portfolios against their global database of PV system anomalies.

As an industry first, Raptor Solar also enables the normalization of inspection measurements with sensor and weather data across multiple inspections. Integrate inverter, combiner, pyranometer and other sensor data into inspection reports. Power generation, irradiation, and other data streams can all be imported and provide context on anomalies as well as more quantitative evidence of asset degradation. The software can be integrated into SCADA or DAS systems with just a few simple clicks in order to automate otherwise time-consuming processes.

The software provides a central and secure location for storing test reports, documents, CAD files, technical specifications, performance models, warranty documents, delivery notes, photos and data. The serial number scanning app allows you to check solar supply chains for safe harboring and eligibility for tax incentives. With the app, you can validate construction progress in real time or upon mechanical or significant completion. Technicians can scan serial numbers in the field to determine location relative to anomalies. After repairs or replacements, subsequent inspections can confirm the completion of the punching list. With the mobile app, data from inverters and weather stations can be viewed on site. The app allows users to export serial number data to spreadsheets, including the latitude and longitude of PV modules.
